Our CMS Yearbook Team does a lot! We work on the announcement videos every week for our students to watch, we take pictures of people during events to add to the yearbook, and we work on the feature stories like this one to keep our school website updated! We work on these during advisory. Our advisory teacher and yearbook coach, Mrs. Neumann says, "I think having a media and yearbook team provides students with an opportunity to learn video editing, communication skills, picture layouts, and editing for the yearbook. It's a great opportunity to have our students involved in. They all do such a great job.” We have a green screen room to film the announcements and we use WeVideo to edit the videos for the announcements. It’s an amazing website to use since there's many different things you can do and it's easy to collaborate together. Working on the yearbook was a big project!
