students sitting in the gym

The other week, we had a STEM enrichment activity that Mrs. Vogelsberger and her advisory class put on. Enrichment activities are during advisory time and for students who are keeping up in their classes and have good grades. For this enrichment we broke up into groups and had to build towers out of paper, a pencil, tape, raw spaghetti noodles, and string. The requirements for the towers were that it had to be able to stand and be able to hold a marshmallow. Some people that went said that “It was so fun!” Jailee B, and “It was very fun and challenged us!” Oaklynn J. All of the students tried their best and did a great job at working together at this activity. The tallest tower ended up being 32 inches tall! Wow!
