Cedar Middle School students were a little awestruck recently when Utah Bestselling Author Brandon Mull stopped by to speak to students. Mull, known for his series "Fablehaven" "Dragonwatch," "Beyonders" and more, was in Cedar City for a special book signing. He also visited students at North and South elementary schools.
Mull spoke about what first sparked his interest in writing and about his own love of fantasy. He started out telling students about one of his most embarrassing moments. At the time, he said, it was difficult, but then he learned how he could weave that moment into his writing. What a great opportunity it was for students to be inspired by one of their favorite authors.
